My favorite 2 mutants. Havok is underrated as all hell, but I'm glad that Cyclops is finally getting some love!

Sinister is obsessed with the wrong Summers brother, but he opted for Scott because he's the one that all the telepaths are attracted to.

What about Gabriel AKA Vulcan he is the youngest siblings, but he is an Omega level mutant with the strongest energy manipulation.

Mr. Sinister said that Havok's power is far more destructive in a wider range compared to Scott's Optic Blast. This is because back in the '60s-'90s, Marvel explaned that Scott's source of power was solar and ambient energy. This was shown in X-Factor when he ran out of energy to blast Master Mold because he was underground for so long. The outro of the X-Men Animated Series showed the stats and background of every characters especially that of Cyclops revealing that he absorbs Solar energy to make the blast. In the episode "Captive Hearts" Scott told Calypso that he has no powers under the sewers because there is no sunlight there.

The powers of the Summers bros. affect Vulcan because the latter was affected with cosmic rays while he was still in his mother's womb, thus, it alternated his DNA.

The nature of Havok's powers has always caused me to wonder why Galactus never sought him out to become one of his heralds.
