  Samantha has always been my favourite. She was so supportive to all her girlfriends no matter what in any situation. Still, at the end of the day, she was the most people judged including her friends.

  When I was a child, watching this, I loved Charlotte, cause she's so pretty and innocent. However, when I got older, I'd understood who is the real diamond here. Love Samantha the most for her confidence, humor, support to friends <3

  So Samantha was the same age in SATC as are the characters in AJLT - yet she looks cool and sexy and confident - whereas the characters in AJLT dress old  - the only exception is Charlotte who kept her style.

  Kim Cattrall put the Sex in Sex And The City. Not only that, but her character was an amazing friend and a likable person in general...regardless of what your views were about her promiscuous lifestyle.

  A number of other actresses could play the other three. But Kim was the only woman in Hwood I can think of that could plat Samantha. She is a character actress who looks like a bombshell. <br><br>She is a comedic actress who could deliver drama like no other. She made everything plausible and believable. And that was the friend among the four characters that everyone wanted to have &amp; the woman everyone wanted to be intimate with.
