Over this challenge I think the most important thing was the amount of confidence I'm developing on crimps 🔥

I've been doing Emil's protocol at this point for about 2 and 1/2 months. While I am getting stronger, I think the main issue with it is that the forearm overdevelopes in 1 group causing tightness. Unless i train supination and pronation as well, I get very tight. Tldr overuse bad, rounding out the muscle should make the protocol more sustainable. That said, I got much stronger. I'm adding the new training and will report back.

You should also check out Mobeta's and C4HP's videos on finger training! They each provide a different insight and following C4HP's finger curl protocol with an ergo edge got me enough strength to one arm bm 30mm in a month

Great timing. I am starting to train again after a finger injury. This seems light enough to try even on my recovering hand.

One tip i found was that specifically for max pulls or hangs i like to do at the gym after 20/30 min of climbing and block warmup i just feel like it gets me even warmer and i can pull harder.

Congratulations on the gains! Fwiw, I've mounted a Frictitious doorway mount on a power tower. Got it with a pulley and have some double foot straps. Works great! (With thanks to Garret at Frictitious from here in Erie, Colorado. Best, D)

Great video :) I am doing this routine since 2 months once a day and it made such a big difference for the feeling of crimps. The other day I could lift up 55kg with a crimp block on a 20mm edge. And also, it doesn't feel like the progress is stopping! I also started to incorporate more grip types as well, like 3 finger back. Maybe give this a try as well if you continue doing it.
