Try an Angel Clip at your sinker to clip the baited hook or hooks onto. Happy to bend up a couple for you.

Great video. The problem I have is my sand. Fleas fly off the hooks when I cast really hard. I think I’m gonna try some thread and tie them on.

Good vid - lots of variables to consider. In an “ideal world” you’d just use a running sinker straight down to the hook. A big point not mentioned is many fisher folks trying to cast a bait to New Zealand when the Bream, Whiting, Tailor, Flathead etc are feeding in a gutter 40 feet in front of them. The ability to accurately cast a bait to where the fish are, trumps casting ability (distance) most times.

Hi mate a tip, wet your line on the spool with freshwater with a tiny drop of dish liquid will improve the cast
