  We are genuinely lucky to have the opportunity to listen to and hear the many stories and knowledge of the people who are still here but so much of this knowledge was lost during the settlement of this country and that&apos;s entire language and cultures that were lost forever and it&apos;s hundreds not just one or two . It&apos;s a heartbreaking story

  Interesting. So the dating of the meteorite impact is long before the usually accepted date c. 50K years BC of human settlement in Australia.

  Wolf Creek Crator is no where close to being the Second largest in the world. &nbsp; In fact it is not even within the largest 5 crators in Australia.

  There&apos;s 200 of these craters around the world and the story goes that 200 fallen angels fell to earth..... 🤷‍♀️ 🤔

  If the dating of the crater is correct then Australian Aboriginals have been here for twice as long as we think.<br>What evidence do we have of that ?

  Why tell lies about the &quot;Story&quot; told by the Jaru people? The impact predate the arrival of the 1st Australian People by some 85,000yrs.<br>That story comes from the people around Alice Springs who observed a Meteor Impact some 4500yrs ago, I don&apos;t remember its name; it is a smaller Crator which I visited some 40yrs ago.<br>In addition you are misinformed about water never pooling in the Wolf Creek Crator. I have personally observed pooled water twice in the Crator. The last time being December 2000 when there was extensive flooding in the area. I had driven from Balgo Mission and stopped there for a break on the way to Halls Creek.
