Thank you so much for the video! I love getting more information on yarn, while its nice to hear you and other youtubers talk about the yarn for the item youre making or have just finished I appreciate hearing about how the different yarns wear over time:))

Thank you for this useful ranking, Vera! I like your yarn choise, especially because it's more affordable😉🤗💕

Oh Vera!! This was a great video. So helpful and appreciated! I have made my list off of your tier and will seriously consider these yarns for future knits. Keep it coming!

This was so helpful!! Thank you for breaking it down. Since I’m new to knitting it is always good to know about the experience of others. This will help me for the future. Great video! 😊

Nepal is great and so soft after blocking .

I am currently knitting a cardigan with the Touch yarn which I bought in Queenstown NZ. Can confirm it is pricy, beautiful, and is so fun to knit with!!! I am having so much fun knitting with it, it’s like the fun of my NZ trip has been extended now that I am home. :)
I am knitting the Night Out cardigan. This yarn is perfect for it! So excited to see someone else talk about this yarn!

I can’t agree more with your ranking of Mechita. I love all Malabrigo yarns, for their fabulous colors and their softness, and Mechita may well be my preferred light weight yarn of all. I use it for shawls and various accessories, and am planning to use it for a sweater as well.
I must say I like Belle by Drops. It’s a DK, which makes it a quick knit for in-between seasons garments. I’ve used it for tops and light sweaters, it has a nice drape and I think the fabric gets less and less hard the more you wear it (like all linen actually).

    Excellent yarn reviews! 👏🏾🧶

Also, Drops Belle is a great summer top yarn. You just have to realize that the linen is stiff at first but will soften to a nice drape.

Thank you so much. I’m still trying new yarns and often I don’t know what to choose. The good ones are so, so pricey 🫩🫩
I’ve made a cardigan out of Drops Nepal and it was a little heavy I wasn’t expecting that. The yarn is beautiful but too heavy. The other ones I don’t know them. ❤❤❤❤❤ it’s nice to have someone to share one’s experience ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ from Portugal

I have just finished the Novice Cardigan with drops air held together with drops kid-silk and I am very happy with the result. I have wore it only two times so it has not peeled yet. 😅 I have also used from your list Drops Belle and although the knitting experience was not good as the yarn splits like crazy, the overall result is very pretty. I enjoyed the video very much, Vera. Take care ❤❤

Lang yarns is definitely not a newer company. They are in business since the 1860ies ^^ maybe they are not as prevalent where you live. Definitely check out more of their yarns. They have a really nice selection. 😊
