It’s sad to imagine that all those heroes Syndrome lured to the island, some of whom were Bob’s closest friends, all just wanted to relive their glory days just like he did. Frozone’s line of “I don’t see anyone from the old days Bob. Just you.” is a lot darker now.

I literally only realized as an adult now that Helen thought bob was having an affair. They used all the classic “hints.” Getting in shape, spending more time work family, looking better, putting more effort/intimacy. All of which cheaters often do to throw you off their scent and make themselves feel less guilty

the two older fellas saying "No school like the old school" are Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnson- the last survivors of the ORIGINAL Disney Animation team.

I love how it’s an allegory for cheating, he never cheats on Helen, but he goes back to superhero work behind her back. That’s his version of cheating. It’s like an addiction to him. this movie is so well written!

Billy it's crazy how frozone was their target first and he would've ended up dying because the area where Bob fights was near frozone weakness a volcano, that specific fight was meant for him not Bob.

It’s crazy how the concept of “The Incredibles” is the blueprint for a lot of superhero media we get today

Jason Lee, the actor who voices the villain Syndrome in The Incredibles, also plays Dave in the live-action Alvin and the Chipmunks movies.

Brad Bird (the director) is the voice of Edna Mode. Originally, he had a woman come in to voice the character, and Brad did the voice that they went with just as an example for her, and the lady liked Brad Birds voice so much, she said "why do you need me? you should do it yourself".

The airplane scene always get me. Everything about that scene is just peak. The way Helen's voice slowly gets more panicky as she desperately tries to save her kids.

Remember, the top of Billy's head looks like frozones without the hat on.
