  90% of my pile is still shrink-wrapped in their boxes, so if I die unexpectedly, my wife will have an easier time listing it on ebay. &nbsp;The things you have to think about as you get older....

  Remember: &nbsp;plastic and resin have no expiration date. &nbsp;The price of miniatures continues to rise with inflation and tariffs. &nbsp;So the pile of shame is actually a very savvy investment.

  I absolutely love pile of shame videos - the best hobby content by far! You get to rake through other peoples cupboards and also usually feel better about your own pile of shame as a result of seeing someone with a bigger problem than yours. I can also vouch for how amazing it feels selling piles of it on Ebay.

  Every model I own is built and painted, I find owning stuff that is not painted very stressful and it makes me unhappy.
