  I adore that you can see and hear and thus feel Constance gain confidence and energy throughout her song, especially having all her friends surrounding her and supporting her

  Constance&apos;s monologue always gives me goosebumps. this is such an underrated song, glad you&apos;re reacting to it!! (congrats on the twins, too!)

  I also just realised, the blue-ish purple light turns onto Constance as the music starts, maybe to fool us into thinking it’ll be a sad song, but the lights dramatically switch to warmer, happier tones, reaching their brightest when the confetti falls. Lighting is such a subtle but awesome tool.<br><br>Edit: not blue, it’s a bit purple, which gives us a hint it’s not all blue and sad ahead of time

  The thing that really hits with this monologue, aside from the whole thing in general, is that Karnak tells the audience just before that Constance&apos;s favourite ride was The Cyclone. She died on her favourite ride 😢<br><br>On a lighter note, it&apos;s a pretty popular theory that the choir had more control over their movement/choreo in Sugar Cloud than in the other songs, because we have moments where they all freestyle with Constance. I won&apos;t spoil the potential reasons why in case you want to watch the whole show, but at the beginning he gives them a quick little demo of him controlling their actions with the line &quot;Don&apos;t bore us, get to the chorus.&quot;<br>It&apos;s a fun little way to explain why these dead teens are all suddenly able to dance around in such a stylised way.<br>I love this song so much 😊<br><br>Also, I recommend reacting to It&apos;s Not A Game/It&apos;s Just A Ride. Probably after the rest of the songs might be best, but honestly it&apos;s such a good song that I don&apos;t think it matters too much. It&apos;s the last song of the show though, so the choice is yours ^-^ The symbolism and the story-telling of that song is so good imo.<br><br>Edit: Oh! Also also, another sad thing, I always get the vibes that when she says &quot;so you suck some more&quot; she&apos;s not just talking about sucking on a jawbreaker (or a gobstopper, which is what they&apos;re called in England ^^) but she&apos;s also just talking about how she feels that <i>she</i> sucks.<br>I&apos;ve made myself sad again now, aha 😅

  My theory is that the first time she rode the Cyclone was when she died on it, the reason it is her favorite is cause it helped her realise how good her life actually was, and that she doesn&apos;t need more than what she already had

  Honestly my favorite part of this song is the recorder because 1. Jane holds the microphone which is so sweet!! And 2. Mischa and Noel who are tipsy during this song dancing in the silliest ways possible
