Stumbled upon your channel and really enjoy your content! Love your sense of humor- “I am not an addict-Hi I’m Jeff and I’m a field notes addict.” Me too, Jeff, me too!

I recently started using a pocket notebook to try and help with anxiety. I’ve found it to work wonders and wish I would have started sooner. I came across someone that mentioned “our brains are for having thoughts, not trying to remember them” so writing these down helps clear the mind. For me field notes are the best. Not to expensive that I don’t want to mess them up but not so cheap I don’t find the value. I like how they donate some of the proceeds on their collaborations. Whether it’s field notes or some other brand, I think everyone should try a pocket notebook for brain dumping.
