Magda from Sweden here! 🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪 Thank you for watching!
Funnily enough, I just started a bachelor's in English at uni, but since it seemed like the others got most correct by just yelling what first came to mind, I just started doing the same, although with poor results... I'm relieved to see people being so understanding. I tried my best 😅 Despite failing, I really enjoyed the game! And they did offer me a doughnut, but I declined (not a big fan), and they really did eat all of them after haha

There was some where a correct answer was said by someone and then it was overshadowed by someone far louder in the group. It’s a shame they didn’t use white boards or paper to write a guess down on each turn.

Without her hair, Magda would simply blend into the white background. 😄

Maybe you could make games like this more orderly by requiring the participants to press a button before answering, and only letting the one that hits the button first answer (calmly).

«Earn» means "eagle". The Old English word for "poor" is «earm>.
«Cniht» is the ancestor of "knight", but back then, it actually meant "boy".
The Old English word for "son" is «sunu», not «sonne>.

Kida: at 14:00 you ask about the difference between Sun and Sol. I don't think the exact reason why is known, but Proto-IndoEuropean had different case forms for *sóh₂wl̥ (which is where your word Sol) comes from and *sh₂wéns which is the form used as a possessive. This continued into Proto-Germanic where the words *sōl and *sunnǭ both existed. The West Germanic languages spoken by the Angles, Saxons, Jutes, Frisians, Franks Alemanni, Langobards, and Thuringians and (probably others i overlooked) used the *sunnǭ form to refer to the Sun, and the North Germanic languages used the *sōl form. But they are related words.
