  Really liked this episode.  Especially Jack singing throughout:  "I ought to be in pictures..."   Fun times.

  what a fun episode. and dennis day nailed his song as he always did. perfection. find it cute jack always called dennis day kid. day must've been near 50 in this episode. the house painter was a hoot.

  Jack was to appear in the movie ,The Sunshine Boys in 1974; I admire Jack never slowed down to work and do charity concerts. Compliments to your fun panel that bring so much information on each episode.

  Jack does get back into the movies - sort of - the following year in 1963.  His cameo role in "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World."

  An especially well-written episode,, and, equally well thought out comments by you guys. &nbsp;Really perfect ending as we find out that the entire thrust of all the events stemmed from a very unlikely character having fallen off a building and---even more unlikely---writing a story about it and selling it to a studio. a wonderful circularity with big doses of absurdity about the whole thing <br> &nbsp; As my lability to see fades as well as to read, I find myself returning to what I grew up with, meaning old radio shows (as well as audiobooks and talks etc. on YT). Listening to these things with eyes closed, mental &quot;vision&quot; really opens up a very specil whole world of very rich imagination. I can&apos;t think of how &quot;dark&quot; it must be to people who can&apos;t do that for whatever reason. <br> &nbsp;THANKS AGAIN. &nbsp;Good wishes!
