    Wow. Cancer survivor here also - I’m paying 2700 a year for $2m outside policy and glad i got it before i got cancer (and beat it)

    Here’s to my future! Only 20k in student debt left, but currently living with my parents working in IT. Car is paid off, credit well above 800. No other debt in my name. I will be debt free in the next 6-7 months. All at the tender age of 31. I’ll come update on this page in 6-7 month!

    Great content--a question. You say that the main controllable levers that a person should get right are how much they spend on a house and a car. Do you have any guidelines on how much a person should spend on each of those?
