  I never learned box routes but this video made me realized that I&apos;ve naturally come to know all the box routes just from playing the game

  how i learned to stop worrying and love the box.<br><br>im excited for an ivy guide when every you make it.since the last ivy video, i have committed to decay ivy life and its making me a lot better at the game.

  Quick math. &nbsp;At 3 minutes, 1 Trooper is worth 6 boxes, 1 wave is worth 24 boxes.<br>At 10 minutes, 1 Trooper is worth 4.5 boxes (due to flat +2 souls/min scaling for both, so they get closer in proportional value). &nbsp;1 wave is worth 18 boxes.<br>At 15 minutes, 1 Trooper is worth 4 boxes . &nbsp;1 wave is worth 16 boxes.<br>At 30 minutes, 1 Trooper is worth 3 boxes. &nbsp;1 wave is worth 13 boxes.<br>At 60 minutes, 1 Trooper is worth 2.5 boxes. &nbsp;1 wave is worth 10 boxes.<br><br>I did the math for solo laning, for duo laning Troopers are slightly more valuable. &nbsp;I ignored the value of buffs or tunnel boxes. &nbsp;Obviously, as the game goes on, lanes are a lower priority compared to picks, teamfights and buildings. &nbsp;Don&apos;t wander around boxing at the 45 minute mark, kill the Patron, win the game.

  Something that wasn&apos;t mentioned here, but i feel is really important: tunnels! The soul reward per box is reduced, but you&apos;ll still be getting insane value.<br>As calico, I like going blue lane and the taking sewer boxes, which almost always nets me enough souls to unlock cat at this point. Then i can take the tunnel entrance in sewers (which is different on Hidden King and Archmother sides) and farm boxes in the direction back to my lane. You can actually keep boxing on the next wave and not miss anything from wave as your lane partner clears wave above you you still get the soul split. I then like to go to the connected secret shop and use my souls to buy, making sure to take the 2 boxes next to the shop + the 3 tunnel boxes in the little tunnel that connects the secret shop to the nearby walker. From here i can choose to gank this lane or go back in the tunnel i came from and take the route that leads to midboss, grab those boxes, or even take the enemy side&apos;s underground mid boxes and continue to soak in the wave souls above.<br>On left side lane, behind the veil is usually a tunnel that leads you into a room or two with lots of boxes, which lead into sewers and the mid tunnels, but you might end up stealing trooper souls that way if you do go the mid route, so be careful with that one.<br>Another thing to consider is that tunnels give you a significant speed boost while in them, which is great for rotating.
