Hey all - just reading through the comments & wanted to answer a few things re the profiles we made... 1) The captures we made on the QC were using the internal processing on the hardware - this is essentially a v1 capture. We didn't realise that for QC to create a v2 capture you have to run further processing in the Cortex Cloud. It's possible (probable) that the QC captures would have come out better had we done this, and also backs up what we were saying about only using captures from experts (ie not us!🤣). The rest of the captures we made were (as far as we know) using the latest processes (Kemper was a V2 unit connected to the Kemper software on a Mac & we defo followed the process of making a V2 profile). 2) The NAM A2 captures were made using the Tone3000 process - we used a "Full" A2 capture, and the fact we used a Darkglass Anagram to play it should be irrelevant - if your hardware device runs A2 Full NAM profiles thats what it should sound like. We didn't run an A2 Lite profiles in this comparison (maybe we should have). 3) We followed the profiling instructions regarding level settings on each device as we went through each process. Any final adjustments on the units were just to balance volumes in the room. 4) The NAM profiles we made are on the Andertons Tone3000 account - feel free to grab them if you want. 5) For everyone saying we should have used a Headrush, the Anagram Darkglass is playing a NAM A2 Full profile. You can pretty safely assume that if you have a hardware device that plays A2 Full profiles (like Headrush), this is what it’ll sound like. Cheers, Lee

J'ai eu le KEMPER , le TONE MASTER PRO, j'ai un LAVA STUDIO (NAM) , et aujourd'hui j'ai un TONEX BOARD tous les sons en vidéo paraissent les mêmes ont sorti, mais je peux vous dire que c'est la première fois que j'ai une sensation de jeux réel avec le TONEX BOARD !! Voilà mon Retour, passez une très bonne journée

This was great! Well done on the comparison!<br>I’m a Tonex and Nam user and have the stadium native plugin so am used to those.<br>In my experience the nam captures are closer but it’s so close that as soon as you’re playing in a band context it doesn’t really matter.<br>The only one I would have been less than happy with was the Kemper

Just to make it clear - Control sample played by Pete on the Hiwat was plated in the bridge position while the play-through was not - take a closer look, and please dont tell me it doesn’t matter cause it does… A lot!

It was so good to watch it! I think that you guys sum it up in the best way. All of the equipment sounds great. It is all about what we prefer, and what we need. Of course everybody has some favourites, but that is the beauty of choice. We should be happy that we live in times where we can buy such a great equipment for quite good prices.
