  The perfect character that you left out: BISHOP. He's been in two of the cartoons and the IDW comics, he's strong enough and skilled enough to fight the rest of the roster, and in a roster that's mostly mutants, aliens, ninjas, and robots, there's nothing weirder than a normal-looking guy in a suit.

  OK but the &quot;we&apos;re absolutely not including Venus de Milo&quot; joke actually makes a very good case for why Venus would be a fantastic pick. She&apos;s a decades-old punching bag, the first lame attempt at shoehorning in a fifth turtle, probably the most infamous character in the entire franchise.<br><br>In other words, she&apos;s the perfect wtf pick. You want to turn heads? You don&apos;t do that with a semi-obscure villain with a weird gimmick, you do it with the most notorious meme in the franchise.

  (Everyone&apos;s 3 Bar Super Attack)<br><br>Leonardo: Uses his ROTTMNT powers making numerous portals around his enemies quickly appearing and disappearing all the while he slowly chipping away the enemies life until final strike.<br><br>Raph: He tackles the enemy towards the ground then starts savagely punching them to the point he cracks the pavement and the final hit he jumps high in the air and summon a giant energy fist (he used against Shredder in the show) destroying the ground.<br><br>Donatello: Launchs the opponent up in the air then summons all his gadgets and Tech &nbsp;to blow away his enemies until one huge fireworks of his face appears.<br><br>Michelangelo: Raps his opponents up with his chains that starts spinning and dragging them around at one point he begins to breakdance then final slamming them face first in the pavement.<br><br>Splinter: Hakumen&apos;s Astal Finish but with the Sato Oshi Strike.<br><br>Shredder: He uses a smoke bomb to blind you the being mercilessly beating you from within the shadows and delivers the final blow with a final overhead strike. (Like Diavolo or what Shredder did to 2012 Leo after was getting jumped by the Foot Clan)<br><br>Casey Jones: Knocks you out then ties you up in a hockey goal and beings to shot pucks and his opponent and the final puck is a bomb that explosion in their face.<br><br>April: She runs up to the opponent and takes their photo point blank which makes them confuse and in that confusion she makes them sign some documents that sends them to jail.<br><br>Karai: She does the Ragnarok.<br><br>Krang: Summons the Technodrome and fires.<br><br>Baxter Stockman: Summons a swarm then does a Mad Scientist on you.<br><br>Bebop &amp; RockSteady: Summon each other to brutally beat up up and it ends the a chainsaw or sledgehammer to the back.<br><br>Leatherhead: Would go make with bloodlust and starts beating and clawing at you until he opens his mouth and closes it.<br><br>Slash: He grabs you throws you into a wall and starts beating you into said wall until he punches you so hard you get sent flying throw a building.<br><br>MetalHead: Grabs on to his opponent then starts counting down until he explodes.<br><br>Hod: A Team Combo attack involving all the Mutant Animals.<br><br>Armagon: Back flips you into water then does his best Jaws Impression.<br><br>WingNut: Batman&apos;s Injustice 2 super<br><br>Alopex: Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru<br><br>TigerClaw: Summons a big ass laser gun and fires at you.<br><br>Mutangen Man: Grabs his opponent then starts pouring his liquid on them and starts melting his opponent away.<br><br>Renet: Accident sents her opponent through time and they get their ever loving shit out of them.<br><br>Rat King: He starts to cover you in rats and starts rhyming to you when this happens until it fades to black.<br><br>Chrome Dome: Grows to the size of a skyscrapers and then starts charging his laser then fires.<br><br>Hot Head: Grows giant then does a Shin Godzilla.<br><br>Sally Pride: Punk Tactics<br><br>Baron Draxxon: Ties you up and them let his gaint golem crush.<br><br>Super Shredder: Sends a power lighting attack eviscerating his opponent.<br><br>Jennike: Creates an illusion of the opponents greatest foe/fear then quickly strikes them down before they realize.<br><br>Big Mama: Wraps you up, knocks them out and feeds them to her pet.<br><br>Zog: Teleports to his spaceship and then fires a gaint laser at the city.<br><br>Koya: Grabs the opponent and flies them high up in the air and then dive bomb the opponent to the ground.<br><br>Usagi: NUNS4 Mifune&apos;s Ultimate

  I&apos;ll be honest, I thought Usagi was just a TMNT character. So at the end I was thinking how disappointing it was he didnt appear after yiu saif the last character was a guest. So when you said he WAS the guest character I was caught off guard and learned something new.

  Honestly if they just got Tee Lopes to make the soundtrack just like he did for Shredders Revenge then the game is a 10/10 right there.

  Man, Sonic the Hedgehog has a lot in common with Ninja Turtles, even down to having a weird Archie run and a great IDW run. I think a hypothetical Sonic the Fighters or Sonic Battle 2 would be a good video.

  Fun fact: Hot Head actually inspired another character from the 2012 cartoon; a demon dragon and ruler of the underworld called Kavaxas...in fact, Mikey even outright CALLS him Hot Head

  Another reason Tiger Claw fits is because he and Alopex have beef in the cartoon. I know she&apos;s based off the comic in this scenario, but it still works. And she&apos;d HAVE to have a skin based off the 2012 show. Also, Mutagen Man, while not exactly a go-to pick, STILL doesn&apos;t feel like an oddball. That just goes to show you how nutty TMNT is at its core.<br><br>Still, a franchise that was big in the 90&apos;s that&apos;s currently decades old with multiple incarnations that had an old fighting game in the day that has a great modern day comic book by IDW. I&apos;m sorry, but this description also fits someone else who could use a solid modern day fighter: Sonic the Hedgehog.<br><br>I&apos;m nominating Build the Roster for Sonic the Fighters 2...assuming the fan game Sonic Smackdown doesn&apos;t disqualify it from consideration.

  Great roster! I really do like everything you chosen. But if you were to add one more season of DLC, there is 1 character who needs to be added, and that being the Michelangelo from the post apocolyptic future, simply known as the Last Ronin.<br><br>Since well, he is arguably the face of the IDW comics at this point. Plus the Turtles are no strangers to crossing over with differerent versions of themselves who come from alternate universes. And how heartbreaking would it be to see him fight this universe&apos;s versions of the Ninja Turtles and Splinter, because he thinks that they&apos;re just &quot;another hallucination&quot;
