  Just wanted to say thank you. <br>I watched one of your older videos about your older days collecting odd things to sell like reptiles. How manic episodes affected your buying and overall mental health. <br>It sounded a lot like what I’ve been like for several years. <br>I got on medication and it’s changed my world. <br>It’s still a struggle but I have so many more good days and less impulsiveness. Thanks for sharing your story. I had no clue I was bipolar and manic depressive. I just thought I was doomed but I think I’m going to make it now. My boys and wife are glad to see the difference. <br>Thanks man

  Pineapple Express comment here: What I got out of this is that Brian in each of those situations put the customer first, even at the likelyhood of losing money (Or in this case a shit tonne of money). That&apos;s the real secret sauce to all this, not the investing, flipping, Youtube vids etc.

  One of my go to LCS made an error by sending me an extra sealed booster box case (individually shipped but arrived by the same courier) of Silver Tempest just before the reprint window closed. I wasn’t sure if Brian or Rudy mentioned it in their video and I ordered one sealed case (no premium) immediately. The one who was in charged of the label printer printed my order label twice. The shipper fulfilled both labels because their initials and employee code where written on the outside shipping box. When I called the LCS and told them what I received, the store manger had to verify their count at the warehouse level. I told them I am willing to keep the extra sealed case vs shipping it back at their request. The odd thing was the manager said I will be charged a little more because the price increased from ordering date and receiving date, which was 3 days. It was only 20.00 CDN (x6) extra on each booster box. I agreed, considering each Silver Tempest booster box paid was 279.99 CDN. I just didn’t want the shipper to lose his job or keep his job but have to cover the cost. By me keeping the extra case, LCS is good, the shipper is still working, and I am good too.
