  Hypnosis is about suggestion, not mind control. It can’t make you do something you would never allow, and it’s kinda like being in a dream state. I find it to be really relaxing and cool. I went to a hypnosis show, and as the hypnotist hypnotized the volunteers on stage, I voluntarily let myself get hypnotized from my seat in the theatre. It was really cool that the hypnotist expected some people in the crowd to be hypnotized as well so he let all of us get on stage too! I later twisted my ankle on stage but that was my fault lmao-<br><br>Edit: Hypnosis can also have lingering triggers that can be activated at any time lol. Also apparently it’s kinda like going into REM sleep, and yes you might kinda be in the back of your mind commenting on things like you’re a spectator
