He’s a good man, and thorough.

One of the greatest scripts ever written and perfectly cast. That's all. I only have to hear the words 'you see what happens, Larry?' and I bust out laughing. 'I just bought that fucking car last week...'. It's endless.

"Three thousand years of beautiful tradition, from Moses to Sandy Koufax... You're goddamn right I'm living in the past!" --best line of the thousand great lines of dialogue in the movie.

I know Jeff Bridges is excellent as the Dude in The Big Lebowski, but for me, John Goodman really stole the show in that movie as Walter. Every scene he was in was so good and hilarious.

John transitioning from recollecting mode to flat out contagious laughter mode was so powerful. I'm still laughing with him.

I think the interviewer doesn't know the "big" Lebowski isn't The Dude. When Goodman mentions Brando being wanted for the "big" Lebowski, she went straight about Jeff Bridges.
