Get yourself a man who listens to you as attentively as Dr Maxfield listens when Dr Shah is speaking

Can you pleeeeeeeeeeease do a video specifically for treating dark or highly pigmented skin? Some acids, lasers, or treatments that work well for fair skin may cause serious damage to darker skin… but there aren’t (m)any sources I can trust discussing it clearly 🥺

It is so important that Dr. Shah said that radiant and glowy skin is an immediate effect, and not a permanent one!!! I always see it right after my routine, but not at any minute of the day. Yet influencers are trying to "sell" the fact that your skin would look like this all the time...

Thank you, Doctors. Here is a video summary for you:
1:01 – Dewy skincare routine: The overall routine focuses on hydration, anti-oxidants, and consistent resurfacing for a healthy glow.
2:33 – What is dewy skin? Dewy skin is defined as skin that looks radiant, plumped, and perfectly healthy due to proper internal hydration.
3:24 – AM Cleansing step: Your morning cleanse should be tailored to your skin type, ensuring it is gentle and effective without stripping the skin barrier.
4:12 – AM Treatment step: The core of the AM treatment is layering Vitamin C for long-term health and hydrators for immediate plumping and radiance.
6:00 – Hydrating products: Ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, Glycerin, and Snail Mucin are essential for drawing moisture into the skin to achieve the light-reflecting glass effect.
8:20 – AM Protection step: Broad-spectrum SPF is the most crucial step, providing protection and often doubling as a final moisturizing layer.
11:43 – Nightly treatment step: Focus on resurfacing and texture improvement using Retinoids on most nights and Exfoliating Acids a couple of times a week.
12:36 – In-office procedures: Procedures like Chemical Peels and Lasers offer a high-level boost by significantly refining texture and tone for next-level radiance.

How about Dr. Shah get laser on camera and we see his recovery and after effects? That is, if he doesn't feel that's too invasive of his private life! Some lasers are more painful than others from my experience. I'd like to see what the Drs choose and how it works! I love my aging-well Remedy skincare, btw!

Honestly, if you’re willing, I think a lot of people would appreciate seeing you (a derm) recovering from an in-office treatment and what you (a derm) use to care for your skin during that down time. Real-time aftercare would teach people a lot and let them know what to prepare for if they decide to get a similar treatment.

When i changed to japanese skincare, THATS when i got that "glassy skin", took about a year of consistent use, but it happened! The only thing in my routine i didnt change is my moisturiser, aint no one taking away my cicaplast B5!
morning - very mild cleanser, essence, vit c, HA, azelaic acid 20%, cicplast B5, sunscreen.
evening - oil cleanser, anua cleanser, essence, retinol, HA/nicinamide, cicaplast B5.

Those milky essence are so good, you see it on both doctors after they applied the Tir Tir milky toner, and all the milky toners even at very fair prices give the same hydration and same beautiful glow to the skin without being overkill like snail mucin. It does more than a glow primer however because it legitimately provides hydration, not just the faked appearance of hydration you get with a dewy primer.
