Gary was the only guy who could have stepped in for Jeff Hanneman in Slayer. Great guitar player.

Exodus are one of the metal bands who have been around forever, but they really have gotten their success, because they never sold out, and the fans love them! I have been a fan for decades, and they are one of my favorite bands.

Garry holt is the most underrated guitarist to come out of the 80's and 90's.

 Hell yeah brother!!

I've been a big time fan of Exodus since the release of Bonded By Blood. A thrash metal masterpiece to never be duplicated by anyone, anywhere, anytime.
I played the shit outta the vinyl record and the cassette tape. Replaced them 3 times!
Exodus is one of a kind and are precisely what thrash metal is. Blinding razor sharp riffs with wickedly quick drum beats to match. Accompanied by a voice that shrieks aggression with lyrical violence.
They'll tear your fucking face off. I fucking absolutely love them.

I just discovered this fucking phenomenal documentary today. Best 2hrs.15min. I've spent in years just sitting back with sweet Mary Jane and viewing this awesomeness that is. EXODUS!!

Rest in peace Paul Baloff.

I've played as the opening act with my band, Aggressive, for Exodus. The experience to meet them was astonishing. I got mute step beside THE Gary Holt! One of my favorite bands af all times. Bucket list checked!

Saw Exodus in Amsterdam on October 28, 1985 with Venom. We waited for the Tour bus and got to meet all the guys. I went to the Bulldog and got Gary some Hash. Great guys, epic concert.
