  We appreciate this comparison, but just need to clarify that Boroux and Berkey are in no way affiliated with each other. Boroux is an ex-Berkey dealer that started their own company essentially trying to steal Berkey's customer base while Berkey fights the EPA. As a result, there is also a history of legal happenings between these 2 companies. We are not currently permitted to expand upon this situation, but we just want folks to know that there is no amicable relationship between these 2 companies for obvious reasons. Berkey is still in a court battle and will have a long term solution once this lawsuit gets settled, so Berkey customers can be confident that there is an end-game here. We also are offering another type of ultra ceramic filters in the meantime for customers who cannot wait for the black berkey replacements to be available.

  NOTE: SOAK FILTER IN WATER FOR 1 HR BEFORE USING.<br><br>THE AQUA PUR STANDS AS WELL AS BERKEY STANDS ALL WORK AND WORK WELL, IF YOU DON&apos;T HAVE A HANDY MAN AROUBD THE HOME.

  My Berkey (purchased late 2020) &nbsp;came with an identical teal color silicone thingy for priming that you said you got with the Borough.<br><br> I also got a bottle of red dye with my Berkey.<br><br>My initial set of filters never primed properly &amp; Berkey replaced them.<br><br>I bought the stainless stand that Berkey sold.

  We have a Water Machine. &nbsp;It’s the same thing but made of glass. &nbsp;<br><br>I’m sensitive to water taste and the Berkey had a metal type taste sometimes. &nbsp;The Water Machine is awesome, plus we can see the water level. (Also the fluoride filter is built in to our filters!) (YES we have tested that MULTIPLE times over the year we have had it!) &nbsp;<br><br>Just another option for those who might be looking around.

  I love my Berkeys.I got both my son and daughters one ,I sized up 1 cause I drink so much water.<br>I was so glad I bought a few extra sets of filters before all this started<br>. So I&apos;m glad now my kids each have one I and my son have well water but have heard there are things that have gotten in to the water anyway.so No chances just running it through berkey, and I don&apos;t trust the fridge filters.,so I drink and cook with and my pets get berkey water.my daughter has city water in Pa.awful water. We both need the fluoride filters because I have found our fluoride can even be in our well water..<br>So I set it up run it thru fill glass bottles secure lid and put in my cold room enough for week. But Love my Berkey not changing to anything else

  I too love my Berkey I like to say I moved out of California so I could get a Berkey. I bought mine two years ago right before the mess with the filters started so that was great mine came with the dye and silicone primer thingy so glad you did this comparison I want to get a bouroux also we go through a lot of water. But thank you love your channel you are so much fun to watch!!!!

  I got a teal silicone primer with my berkey but would not fit over my newer faucet so I used a water bottle.. worked great! &nbsp;I just needed new black water filters
