OLD WESTPAC SAILOR HERE, BEEN TO PHILIPPINES A "COUPLE" TIMES, FIRST WAS 1982 AT 19, LAST WAS AROUND 1995/6 AFTER PINATUBO, I'M NOT GOING TO LIE, I HAD "SAILOR" FUN WHILE THERE, I REMEMBER "MARILYN'S" WAY OUT BY JEEPNIE RIDE, AS A YOUNG MAN, WAS A BLAST, CHEAP AND ADULT INTERTAINMENT AS WELL AS CHEAP BEER. WE CALLED IT THE "ADULT DISNEYLAND" BACK IN MY DAY. PROBABLY WON'T EVER GO BACK, WIDOWED, FULLY RETIRED AND ENJOYING IT.

As an elderly gentleman who in the past who was well known in the bars of Cebu, I can honestly say that the only reason I went there (and I was never disappointed), was for an entertaining evening, nothing more.
