"Every time something went wrong, it was because I didn't listen (to my gut instinct)" - I can 100% relate to this, whether it was a job, relationship, undertaking building work. Always listen to your inner voice but also act on what it is telling you.

Mel B was always the 'verbally strong' Spice Girl. Isn't it ironic that the most outspoken/confident/happy people who end up being the most dominated and controlled? Abusers target those who ooze confidence in order to break them down, piece by piece for their own satisfaction. Shame on anyone - male or female - who does this. I'm glad this topic is being raised more and more. To add - thank you to the men who are kind and normal!

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2oJAfFJbUk&t=2373">39:33</a> is so incredibly accurate its like shes reading my mind, that was exactly what happened in my relationship first, little comments, suggestions how to do my hair, how i should wear less black clothes more colour, saying "your hair is dry, my exes never had to be told to do their hair".
