  I&quot;ve always said that homophobia, in some ways, does more damage to straight and bi guys than to gay guys. Straight men limit themselves in so many ways for fear of being seen, or assumed as, gay. I think a lot of straight men put a whole lot of effort and energy in developing and maintaining their straight persona. It&apos;s a real shame. This phenomenon only showed up after World War II when gay people started becoming publicly known. Then suddenly straight men decided that they had to avoid anything that could any way be interpreted as gay. Before then, straight men were much more intimate with each other. Homophobia has done a lot of damage to men, women and society in general, above and beyond the damage to gay people.

  The constant need for sex has a lot to do with needing constant validation that you are worth something because dispute what you show on the outside you gave a very low opinion of yourself. Externally you exude confidence and cockiness but you feel like an imposter on the inside. Guys that hyper focus on there bodies, being the best physically, and are very attractive garner a lot of attention that only serves to file the fire on the inside of not being good enough so they become addicted to the attention and have a constant need for it which in some cases manifests in the constant need for sex. Until you find a way to love yourself you will always have a need to get it from others.
