  One book I’m worried about getting banned in the United States is I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream (the antagonist is an ai that hates humans so much it killed all but 5 of them, and proceeds to torture them)

  Holy shit, the story around The Satanic Verses one being banned is CRAZYYY. Apparently it&apos;s so offensive to Islam that Iran basically declared war on the author, leading to several assassination attempts on him as recently as 2022, in which he lost an eye. He&apos;s under specific UK government protection lol.
