This is actually 8 places to retire in Western Washington. How about taking a look across the mountains? Lots to see and enjoy over here - Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Spokane, many small lakes, Prosser, Walla Walla, Tri-Cities - we have lots of water, wineries and local events and art.

I took Greyhound from Spokane over Cascades to Seattle. Thought Spokane was great, historic hotels, and access to Northern Idaho lakes. So sorry to see fires there.
