  If I ever sell a car to the dealer I will agree on a price and then when it's time to finalize I will bust out a "private seller doc fee" of 385$ 😂😂😂

  I come from previous life in new car sales, and I hope people who live nearby you realise how rare it is to have a used car dealer as open and honest as you are. To run a business on the back of taking $1000-1200 gross of the majority of your cars is impressive and must be a tough slog a lot of the time with the peaks and troughs of sales seasons. Especially without in house financing (though that is a headache in it&apos;s own right too) but to have a dealer willing to share their business model openly, not hide away their numbers is a rare thing let alone one who isn&apos;t pulling dodgy repairs.<br><br>My managers wouldn&apos;t have raised an eyebrow for a 1200 gross new sale, it would have been &apos;ok? go sell 3 more&apos;. To operate the business, pay your staff and pay yourself too on that model, that&apos;s impressive stuff.

  Ppl have no idea what it costs to own a business, especially brick and mortar, everyone thinks you are getting rich, some are , most ARE NOT.😊

  My buddies and I own a small dealership in Ohio… we sell and buy cars at the exact same ranges as you literally, almost all cash cars. I’ve been in it about 4 years and my &nbsp;partners 7. Used to sell mostly $2500 cars all day a few years ago… same cars have to sell for $3500 now . Because we have to pay way more. Just saying this is the most relatable dealer channel for me to a T. We’re very transparent and try to treat people fairly. I enjoy the business I’m in mostly, and it feels like I’m hanging with my business partner when watching your videos. Good stuff 👍 it’s very rare to find dealers like us

  The number one reason for poor new car sales is MSRP and sales prices. The economy is an issue......but new prices are the MAJOR cause.

  You are to be commended for serving a market that few dealers serve. Basic inexpensive transportation. You serve a &quot;niche&quot; market that is vital to folks. Don&apos;t change and get roped into something different. THANK YOU!
