I am a former powerlifter and U105kg strongman. I now train with kettlebells exclusively and have never looked back. I have gone a bit crazy and invested a lot of money and have accumulated double 10kg, 20s, 24s, 32s, 40s, 48s, 56s and 66kg bells.

Great conversation! I am a middle aged office working father of two. Kettlebells have kept me healthy to ski, hike and run for the last 10 years. 15 minutes 3x per week keeps me lean, healthy and happy.

Thanks for having me in-very fun talk. Really cool to see how you use the kb and how you look at athletic training

Man, anyone who’s ever done BJJ knows exactly what that “farmer’s strength” is. The only way I can describe it is like “connected” or “knitted”.

It’s crazy to go up against someone 2/3 ur weight, u get man-handled, and somehow you just feel that when they’re gripping you with their hands, everything down to their pinky toe is supporting that grip.

I don’t care how much you can back squat, if you’ve figured out how to use ur whole body as one piece, you’re going to outwork everyone else in the room.

Thank you for addressing this often misunderstood training method. Kettlebells have served me far better than any training tool I've encountered to date, helping me recover from a severely herniated disc and giving me an edge in my blue collar work. Kudos to both of you.

Just started using kettlebells, the difference in my hamstrings in my glutes is crazy. Having just turned 60 they have been a revelation

You get immediate feedback with a Kettlebell. You do a movement right like a swing vs messing up timing you’ll know immediately.

Dude, I am 72 years old and I have been an athletic wannabe my whole life. Never been a superstar not gonna be this lifetime. BUT, I dig the crap out of kettlebells and work out pretty much every day. So easy to vary the workout. 2 new hips; rotator cuff torn, no surgery. I appreciate your content today. Thanks.❤❤

I've heard other fitness gurus say kettle bells are not the best tool to get in shape. I enjoy this talk. Thank you.

I think Judd won the bet on who could wear the smallest shorts.

I’m 49 not a “gym” guy but I’ve lost 120 lbs and I’m in pretty good shape and play softball I’ve started doing kettlebells a month or so ago I feel so great. I feel strong again veins popping from my biceps and it’s literally been a month. I throw them around everyday.
