I run into Jeff all the time. I just leave him alone, but I have watched him tear it up on stage here in Vegas for 15 years playing with all sorts of people/bands. I just saw Armored Saint play here a couple months ago. Lost count of how many times I've seen them play live.

Best interviews ever. Anthony, you make all your guests feel comfortable enough for them to open up and share their stories so easily!
Odin rules!
Armored Saint rules!

Great interview. Armored Saint has been my favorite band for 40 years. I saw them 10 times between March Of The Saint and Symbol Of Salvation. Not only was I at the "Halloween" show (filmed at First Avenue on Oct 20th 1987) broadcast on MTV, but I saw them with WASP and Metallica in 1985 and I was lucky enough to see the brief lineup with Jeff Duncan and Dave Prichard on guitar together in 1988. They played Reign Of Fire and Dropping Like Flies almost 3 years before Symbol was released. I didn't know that Jeff played on the demos for Symbol until today. It was beautiful hearing him talk about how "Dave was in the room" when he was working out the guitar parts with Phil. I got a little misty eyed there. The real ones know, Dave Prichard was the man!

Unfortunately, I can't go to shows anymore. But I still get excited every time they release new music or announce another tour that, at least, I can look up on youtube after each show. I was so happy that they decided to follow through with the release of Punching The Sky when the pandemic happened. Even though most bands shelved what they were doing at the time. They knew that album wouldn't do so well with no one touring and they put it out anyway for the fans. That whole rollout was one of the only things keeping me going at the time. I love this band with a passion and I always will. I am super excited for the new release in April '26. Saints Will Conquer!

Back in 91 my friends and I were pretty stoked to see Armored Saint for the Symbol Of Salvation tour, the night of the show we headed to the venue which was in Philadelphia. When we got to the venue there was a line out front, so we jumped in line and waited for the doors to open. I can't remember, maybe it was an hour fans started leaving and eventually we all did. I never got to see that show or found out what happened. No one from the venue ever came outside.😒
