  I first played Lunar 2 for the Sega CD and fell in love with it. &nbsp;I actually owned part 2 first. &nbsp;One interesting thing I learned from this, is they play very well out of order, maybe even better. &nbsp;Lunar 2 does a very good job filling in all the back story from the original game, so you learn about the past with the characters from the game. &nbsp;It also makes for more surprises.

  Oh snaps, I completely forgot about beyond the beyond, I remember renting that as a kid and getting stuck on some part because I couldnt figure out where to go lol

  I just remember beyond the beyond being a long grind as a kid, and arc the lad was a precious gem and deserves more love in the west.

  Played Beyond the Beyond and Bridgandine. Wish I can enjoy them again on Switch.

  Ark the Lad plays perfect along side a perfect circles a thirteen step. Flash timing and even some lyrics. Coincidence of course but fun.

  &quot;Jade Cocoon: Story of the Tamamayu&quot; deserve love too, it was a great PS1 game where you catch and mix monsters<br>the game got a sequel on PS2 but after that no more Jade Cocoon game

  The reason why they could do so much is probably because they were experienced programmers who knew how to wring every bit of efficency out of memory and that the legacy code was far less than today. Seriously, it was like 10% then compared to like 60% today. It’s a shame, as I thought that we’d try to keep code low…
