Seems like QNT as the white label service. Most people forget QNT ai t gotta be on the docs but the tech has the patten in the US & UK. Thats QNT’s Flow. The bridges can be HBAR, XDC, XLM etc. doesn’t matter. The connection is what matters.

But didn't the DTCC handling $4.7 quadrillion name Steller on their website as their altcoin of choice. Also, US bank, moneygram, and soon to be Europes largest G20 SIB. Based on low cost, and fast transaction. Biggest news on Stellar, is that it lauches this Oct. (2026) and Fully integrated by the first half of 2027. 🧐🤔....🤑
