What truly gets me about this piece is what it means, not for Hornet, but for Carmelita. it's a memory of who she used to be, and her FINAL fight before the end, her one last dance where she gives her EVERYTHING, one last time. - which makes this version even more powerful with the higher chanting of the crowd towards the end. A true "rage against the dying of the light" moment for her.

Just for the music and design I decided to not use a single subweapon against her. She was a brave warrior to me and for respect I fought her that way, only needle vs boomerangs

Honestly I think my favorite part of this is the Skarr chanting, they add so much to the track to the point that I kind of wish they were in the album version in some capacity. Whenever I'm listening to this I can't help but mouth along with them when their section comes on. Sounds to me like "Look out for Karme-lita! Karme-lita! Our queen beloved, Karme-lita! Take her down, Karme-lita! to the death! to the death!" mixed randomly between one another. They're definitely saying "Karme-lita!" at the very least.

Silksong is proof that no matter how much money your studio gets, you can get endless amounts of money but if the devs dont know how to make a game then they dont know, while indie studios with no financial support or low support make masterpiece games

As someone who was instensly disappointed by Savage Beastfly in act 1, I’m so glad this fight managed to be the Hunters March finale instead of that 😭
