Love how this is the complete opposite of the Abyss section from the first game. Filled with hope

Am I the only one who got emotional during this part? Hearing the old trailer‘s song from way back hit me like a truck

Christopher Larkin is a brilliant composer. This track gets everything right. Hornet just refuses to give up, no matter what she has to do, even if she has to claw her way out of hell. This track is Pharloom's hope.

I wish the Abyss escape version of Enter Pharloom was on the OST in addition to the trailer version.

 "No cost too great..."
...

"Will you even remember my face child?"
...

"What do you hope to find down there, little spider?"
...

"Funny then, that such darkness gives me hope. Within it, I see the chance of change."

...

"...I have borne the fury of your land. But I remain a child of Hallownest. And of the void below all things. I will fear no longer."
...

"No cost too great...I see it now, Father."

"HEGALE!"

The fact that the climb SEEMS so ludicrous and the game trains you well enough to do it in 2 tries... it's an instant masterpiece.

Hearing 2:33 fully come in during the platforming was an indescribable experience. Seven years I’ve waited for this game, endlessly rewatching that first trailer, endlessly replaying Hollow Knight after my first play through all the way back in 2017. Hearing this in the game after confronting the Abyss made me tear up. I love this series so much.
