I just made this cheese , but I used heavy cream instead of milk. It is THE BEST CHEESE I have ever tasted! Hats off to you and your videos.

I made a coconut milk cake recently, and it was similar to this so called cheese😂 I used milk, cornflour and sugar, …, after it was taken out of the fridge, I cut it into bite sized cubes, and then sprinkled coconut threads on them. They tasted good.

you could add blue vein cheese , or any strong flavoured cheese to the mix ,and leave it in the fridge for a few days and taste a slice ,when to your liking you then can eat the rest . Then when you make the next batch you will know how long to leave it . Has anyone fried this cheese or toasted it ,if so can you post your results.
