  Even without TFS, just look at Goku’s first encounter with Popo in OG Dragon Ball when he EATS Goku’s Kamehameha. Not just eats it, but the beam changed course to actually go in his mouth, like “it just knew better” really should tip everyone off that Popo’s not to be trifled with

  The Garlic Jr part. I think Popo kinda went Itachi on them and hit them with Amaterasu, burning them to nothingness and Kami is probably commenting on the black marks and Popo came out with the Italian line.

  Remember, he tries teaching Goku Ultra Instinct before Z even starts.<br>There are more Whis parallels, too. Whis tells Goku the <b>Ultra Instinct pecking order</b> during the Moro arc. (&quot;Of course, my control of Ultra Instinct is greater than Merus&apos;.   Team four star Mr. PoPo was originally the most ruthless powerful Demon King in the demon realm but lost in a game of poker to the original Kami of earth and now has got to serve eternity to be the Kamis servant.

  I mean he warns Vegeta not to break the Time Chamber again in Super. Popo is the top of the peaking order.
