Fun Fact : Glenn Morshower was originally voice of Overlord in Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 and FBI announcer (multiplayer) in Black Ops II. He was also voiced of Agent Gordon in Battlefield 3. Plus, he's also role on the films, such as, General Sharp in Transformers, General Morshower in Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon, The Last Knight (Transformers films franchise), and Colonel Thomas Matthews in Black Hawk Down.

28:07 Everyone in Task Force 141 hates him so much for his actions that they're demanding by taking turn speaking with their own lines in a counter-clockwise. I feel it's somewhat kind of unnatural way to make the dialogue like this, as if the characters are reading their lines and wait for one to finish before speaking. I think for the sake of the fans developers were purposely treating him like a loser because Shepherd is widely considered the most hated villain in Call of Duty franchise.

To be honest, while both seek reputation and betrayed protagonists, the reboot Shepherd is different than the original counterpart. From what I see, their crimes are similar but different, but the original one did worse in my opinion, especially when he directly killed and maimed the protagonists and caused the calamity on the world. So I don't think the reboot's crime is not enough justification to kill Shepherd, but instead see him got demoted, dishonorable discharge and send him to cell for good.
