Those Trials eggs, I would have rather expected them to be in Tomb Raider or Uncharted, not in a bike game based on old flash games.

I think the big dude in Rayman is supposed to be Israel "IZ" Kamakawiwoʻole! He died during the games development, and it seems like a little tribute to him.

The Predator easter egg seems kind of obvious to me now. There is almost certainly an invisible hurtbox somewhere on the map that will trigger the sound and drop blood onto the leaf.
