I honestly don’t understand why Johnathan and Steve liked Nancy so much. She pissed me off like every season. That scene with her and the doctor in season 5 was so annoying because she kept acting like he only said to leave Karen alone because he hates women, when actually, she had part of her larynx got ripped out and she needed to rest. It’s like she didn’t care at all about her mom being attacked by a demogorgon. The “I don’t trust doctors who call me sweetheart” scene was so cringe.

The fact that Dr. kay walked away from 11 when she finally had her… Seriously that drove me insane. No one else ever talked about that. Thank you so much.

Stranger things at this point is simply a mood. You tune into it to escape mundane awful life, relive a rose tinted era of history that wasn’t all that cracked up to be. And froth at the mouth for which character becomes a damn ship.

Season 1 had such creative vision and direction.

There was no door where Ted is thrown because he is flying through Mike's closet. They changed the layout of the Wheeler house for this by the way, switching the bathroom and parents bedroom. They even took extra time to get the shot perfect. They did all this so Ted would accidentally destroy Mike's closet... and it apparently meant nothing :face-red-droopy-eyes:

Thank you so much for mentioning the moments where this show was so weird about the kids because no one ever mentions that and I felt a little bit weird cause I thought it was just me seeing it❤️

Thanks for saying something about how WEIRD the show is about the kids. It was especially weird that they aged up Holly and then styled and shot her like she was a fashion model the entire show. It was giving very bad vibes. Didn't like it.
