the part about the servers and the survey cracked me up, i’ve definitely had that happen before! like i get it but you’re right, it makes you less likely to give that rating.

Best review I've seen so far. I have this ship booked for a 7 day cruise for my birthday in February. I booked mostly for the ports since it will have 4 stops in Mexico and 2 sea days. It will be my 2nd cruise. I just got off Freedom of the Seas 2 days ago

I went back in March 2024. It was a 7 nights so I had the Roatan and Belize City in addition to Cozumel and Costa Maya. It was my first time cruising and it was a sisters trip. I love the intimacy and friendliness that I got from both staff and fellow cruisers. I am a picky eater but I found what I could eat and enjoyed both Main Dinning room and windjammer offerings. I enjoyed the music band especially the one that played the Caribbean beats. I love being able to maneuver the ship in no time I could find my way around. I stayed in an ocean view on deck 3. Had no problem with my stateroom attendant he went above and beyond in assisting me to decorate for a surprise bday set up. I am hoping to be back on the Enchantment in Octobe. This time with hubby who will be a first time cruiser. I chose it because of the same reason of the benefits of a small ship not being overcrowded and feeling like a ship as opposed to a big floating amusement park. Next up will be another Vision class Rhapsody of the Sea Gods willing in 2027. Thanks for your review.
