  That hospital footage is gnarly. That generation of skating really went through some shit. Aarto seems to be a radically changed human being after his sobriety. Spanky had his own horrific scumbag accident and seems to have radically changed his life. Dustin DOllin has ultimate Neverland Syndrome and is never going to grow up, just fully committed to the partying lifestyle he adopted before his brain was fully developed. David Gonzales got stabbed and it ended his career. Ellington nearly killed a guy, got sober and really changed his life. Shane died and Ali absolutely destroyed his entire life and career. That lifestyle can be fun, lots and lots of people have to seek help to escape from it.

  Talk about going through every emotion... This was a well made documentary. I was blown away by interviews. The footage from the early days he spent in the U.S. to the FLIP tours are treasures I&apos;ve never seen. Sincerely, great job to every person who was a part of making this project happen. It turned out amazing.... Rip SC....

  This showed me a more sensitive side to Ali’s personality. Always so confident because he was masking his vulnerability. He’s a true Empath… the weight he must feel from losing Shane must be so intense. We love you Ali, RIP Shane

  The first Flip video was incredibly pivotal in my youth. I kinda held off on watching this because I knew what happened to Ali and Shane. But today (of all days) I decided to watch it. I have been sober three years as of today.
