Those people who are not addicts and doesn't have any knowledge about drugs must be thinking that finally there pain and sickness is gone but that's all temporary they will get sick after 6-8hrs depending upon their dose and the same cycle will repeat again and again until you go rehab, hospital, jail or die. This cycle will never stop once you become an addict. First you do for fun and to get high but once you become an addict you do to kill your sickness and be normal human being and that's really pathetic and sad without drugs you can't function both mentally and physically.

I don't know how many times I've said,"I don't know rather I'm going to puke or shit " that's spot on. Been clean nearly 11 years now. I've been in England now for these years.
I read a article that a man cut his throat in a chemist demanding methadone.
It's a horrible addiction.

This is freaking me out. The scene in the beginning when they are talking about having a hard time shooting first thing in the morning and their hands are puffy from being heavy and not being able to find veins because you're constantly poking and missing and fucking your hands up. Which is why if you miraculously find one you mark it with a pen! I swear to God that whole conversation I've had with my buddies a thousand times before we got clean. The comments were right, I'm 5 minutes in and it's already the most realistic addiction film I've ever seen!
