What is sad is that, this wasn’t the defense nor the state’s fault for misconduct, for this trial it WAS the courts misconduct 😔

Bottom line: I would never ever forget the last time I saw and spoke to my loved ones before they were killed. The fact that he lied about being at the kennel tells me everything, I don’t even need to hear anything else!! He knew Pauls trial for the boat wreck was coming up, and he was very concerned he was going to be found out. The fact that he would ask someone to shoot him on the side of the road tells me just the lengths he would take. Guilty Guilty! Taking out all the financial crime in this new trial would not affect my decision in the least it would just help with some of the boredom. As long as the juries know what he admitted to and shows what a lowlife he is all they need to know!!

Due to Becky’s ignorant meddling he deserves a new trial…still guilty tho. I kinda think he wont testify this time since it went terrible for him previously.

I’ve gotta call BS on Poot’s statement about FB, Instagram etc. 5 yrs ago they were just as big as today. AI is the biggest difference from then to now.

Great interview! I never thought they proved this without a RD, lots of holes and they really just hammered the character evidence. Excited for a new trial and how different it could be.

I watched the trial. The linch pin that sold me on his guilt was the recording on the son’s phone that happened right before the murder. His lawyer says they can’t pin down the time when it happened. I think that recording trumps it all and they will find him guilty again, after they hear this. They know when it was made.
