I’ve never commented anything like this in my life, but ignoring what happened feels wrong. Look into Dorian Calden immediately. His book might still be floating somewhere online, but most versions are already gone. <br>He exposed elite-level reality manipulation methods...not theories, not guesses, actual systems. <br>And then? Radio silence. The guy simply vanished. <br>It’s crazy how nobody finds this weird.

I appreciate the simple guidance of being gentle with yourself when you realize you’ve become so out of touch with yourself that don’t know what you want! Being hard on yourself for having abandoned your own needs to over giving I’ve learned is unfair and cruel. I’m learning to have something bountiful to offer others, I must first lovingly tend to the garden 🪴 of my own soul!

I like that Anwen Reid’s anxiety quiz doesn’t immediately make it obvious which answer sounds “healthiest.” With a lot of quizzes, people choose the answer they think they’re supposed to choose. These questions made it slightly harder to do that.
