  Ambient tracks have been the only things helping me sleep lately. I’ve been having a messed up sleep schedule ever since my best friend passed away in early august. The nights are brutal, so I try to force myself to sleep through them as much as possible. It’s been difficult though. This is the only comfort I have right now and I guess that’s okay for the time being. I just hope life gets bearable soon. Hope you guys are okay on your end.

  i think it gets to a point where u cannot retreat into yourself any further. there&apos;s nothing left to retreat into, and now you&apos;re too cut off to ever hope to connect to someone else like a human being again. so yes, once again, i&apos;ve distanced myself. thank you for this.

  I don&apos;t think that anyone will ever read this, but after a long night full of exploding thoughts and self-deprecation for every shitty thing that has happened in my life, I found this video at 7 a.m. and I realized that I need to sleep. I have lost a lot in my life, at least I thought so until I lost my peace and myself. I was always only there for others, I poisoned myself and destroyed myself to be there for others, but when it was my turn, no one was there anymore. I was on my own until now and it became clear to me that this will never change. I wish you all a very good night.

  Hi, First time commenting on a youtube video. Ambient tracks are only thing that kept me going through night. As my 5 years relationship ended and she just left me and got engaged to another dude just after a month of our breakup. It still breaks my heart and concept of love and human connection to its core that how can humans love so deeply and yet become a piece of life that now just exist in faded fog like this silent hill…

  It&apos;s either I need new friends or that people just deteriorate once you get too close to them. They get too comfortable and start taking you for granted then I just pull back and never reach out after they do something I don&apos;t like. I see this pattern every time I make new friends, they just change over time and the person you used to know is not the person you know now. So it&apos;s better to stay alone.
