Thanks for your patience guys! Somehow this ended up being our biggest Origins video to date and it therefore took a bit longer than expected, hopefully you guys enjoy! Be sure to let us know who you want us to work on next ~Darryl/Lauren

I love squall.. he wasn't some science project like Cloud or Zidane.. he was just some emo teen with a hard life that fell in love

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUpbVGP2028&t=1502">25:02</a> Squall made the most rousing speech to his comrades:<br>"Hide all the hotdogs. Don't let the enemies take them away."

I really identify with Squall's fear of losing people and his counter-productive idea that you cant lose anyone if you don't have anyone

I understand that the GF memory loss is an actual story element, but I’ve always thought that thematically it’s an allegory for how common it is to suppress memories as a coping mechanism for childhood trauma.

Was I the only person to envision Cid played by Robin Williams?

Squall is my all time favorite character and my childhood hero. He gave me a lot of strength to get through some terrible times, and still does.

If any of the Final Fantasies deserved a movie, this one deserves it the most.

Thank you for this. I hate it when people talk crap about squall withought any facts or reason. He is my favorite Final Fantasy protagonist. I wish they will remake FF8 after FF7 just so i can play as squall in HD.
