  The ship ejected you as a decoy. <br>You died, the ship survived and is still living its best life.

  What happened is that you got killed out of the cockpit. Happened to me once as well. Apparently if a bullet hits your ship at just the right angle to insta-kill you as the pilot, your ship keeps flying and you regenerate. <br>Olli can&apos;t find the Corsair again and blatantly ignores the white ship chevron on his radar. XD

  decoy is supposed to peel for you. not strafing perpendic to the decoy means the decoy signature was behind your ship

  The reason it feels like its hitting harder is because, it isn&apos;t missing all the time. This is due to it receiving some of its fixed assist gimbling back. So the gun isn&apos;t so reliant on being in the perfect spot to hit the target. It also feels like the cone of fire may have been reduced for consecutive shots.

  Ares ION is my favourite ship. The sound design is incredible and also the acceleration and speed is crazy fast with those huge rocket thrusters.

  I&apos;m just glad they let the ion at least hit stuff relatively close in now. &nbsp;Though it&apos;s still a shadow of it&apos;s former self, as when it was first introduced, you could one shot ships smaller than cutlass&apos;s from 5+km.

A lot of content creators only show the awesome side of it when it does work, but this is the truth!! 70% of the times, some bug will stop you in the middle of an activity....

  The weird constellation trespass area was a wreck that was claimed by a company to then be sold to player salvagers, and it was protected from illegal salvage by the other 2 ships.

  I have a feeling you would love the Glaive given how much you like the Ion. Its 2 large Cannons feel very similar in their kill speed and damage potential, and as a Medium Fighter it handles real nice. Only problems are its price IRL and that its one of the Vanduul ships that needs its redesign to match new aesthetic and improvments to fix quality of life issues with the all-red HUD.

  That is a size 7 capital class weapon that should do damage if it hits a lighter target. You can always emote with /commands like /dance /rude
