  The funny thing to me, rewatching the anime as an adult, is that Brock is actually quite charming guy when he's not in full "obsession" mode. He's mature, responsible, deeply considerate of others, and a great chef. He's sensitive and empathetic while still being quite rugged and masculine. I think a lot more girls would like him if he stopped being so weird around them.

  If Lucy saw Brock's family, she probably faint from excitement of being surrounded by her favorite set of eyes. Both Lucy and Holly are my picks for Brock

  I couldn&apos;t appreciate how much of a catch Brock would be until I got older. Like this man took responsibility for his younger sibling, was a gym leader and when given the chance pursuing his dream?! Gosh Dang, it&apos;s hoped he would find someone.

  There&apos;s something to be said about Brock&apos;s continued flirting and desire for an usually older woman&apos;s attention. He presumably raised his nine siblings on his own for an extended period of time and probably has a desire for a motherly figure, since he probably felt neglected by his own. But I won&apos;t get too deep into the psyche of a cliche anime gag.

  The problem with Brock is that he consistently rizzed up older women, and those women were all likely looking for men their age, if not older.
