  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eN6dSnHHxMM&amp;t=3415">56:55</a> - Because Vesuva enters as a copy, it enters with the ice counters. The land that combos with it is Thespian Stage, as it becomes a copy of Depths (with no counters on it as it didn&apos;t enter as Dark Depths).

  Re: Lightning Bolt and Ancestral Recall, as well as the white one, Healing Salve, which gains 3 life or prevents 3 damage, that cycle inspired one of my favorite Mark Rosewater quotes, &quot;The most famous of all cycles, the Alpha &quot;boons&quot; were an attempt to define the colors. Blue was defined as insanely powerful, and white was defined as timid. Ten years later, we&apos;re still working on that.&quot;

There are always going to be cheap elves that make a pile of mana and they want elves to do this. There isn&apos;t going to be another glimpse that costs less than 4.

  &quot;Is reanimate Legal? ... Because why would you play this when you could just play reanimate?&quot;. Something good to know is that both reanimate and dread return are legal and played in Legacy. They just live in different decks. Reanimate is used to bring back a giant wincon early enough that your opponent shouldn&apos;t be able to deal with it. Dread return is a more all in graveyard combo card.

  Vesuva doesn&apos;t work with Dark Depths. The combo was with Vampire Hexmage and Thespian Stage when it came out. Thespian Stage works because it&apos;s already on the field so it doesn&apos;t do the &quot;as it enters&quot;
