Meanwhile, the Marine Corps has been laser focused on building these information capabilities. Psychological Operations/Civil Affairs, Counterintelligence, and Cyber will be the new tip of the spear.

I have no idea what this video is about. Except, it's a great tutorial on circular high-minded, lofty phraseology that does not really impress anyone but the ignorant. <br><br>War fighting favors the bold - just not according to this conversation.
